Recipe "Tongseng Kambing" (GOAT MEAT)

HI !!

I will introduce to you some of the dishes that might have never discovered. yups !! This was the cuisine of my country which is rich in culture and cuisine.
One of Wich is "TONGSENG KAMBING"



Tongseng Goat is delicious spicy dish served warm so spicy taste more and bite my tongue. How to make it easy! Find recipes traditional Indonesian food is here...

Ingredients:

400 grams of mutton
2 bay leaves
1000 ml (1 liter) of water
800 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, white is taken, crushed
150 grams of cabbage, cut in squares
2 leeks, cut into 2 cm long chopped
1 red tomatoes, cut into pieces
3 spring onions thinly sliced
4 pieces of red cayenne pepper, cut into 2 cm long chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce Sweet Bango
4 tablespoons oil for sauteing

-Ground spices-
3 cloves garlic
4 red onions
4 grains of pepper
3 pieces of pecans, toasted
3 cm turmeric, burned
2 cm ginger
1 teaspoon coriander
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Cook

Boil mutton and bay leaves in boiling water, wait until the meat is cooked. Remove and discard the water, cut the meat into small pieces.
Boil coconut milk, spices, bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass while stirring, wait until boiling. After the boil, set aside.
Heat the oil. Saute onion, chilli red and mutton until fragrant.
Add the cabbage to the stir and saute until wilted cabbage.
Enter Manis Bango soy sauce and stir well.
Pour the coconut milk, wait until boiling.
Once the coconut milk to a boil, add the chopped onion and tomato slices, and cook until done and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings
